Amen! I was talking to my buddy that works for a supplier of ours in Lonestar (LOVE that part of the world! Driving the F&M's when you are in no hurry to get anywhere is great!) and chatting about Cali home prices. His response "Man, That's Crazy!". I responded that is was but had he checked land prices in his little corner of heaven? The Commiefonians have everything all fucked up! He asked where I would go and I told him about the 630 acres I'm looking at in New Mexico. Only $475000 with wide open space, redrock bluffs, water, and lots of space to shoot! Wonder what it costs to put a moat and a 12ft high wall around a square?
