That is a rather long list of arsonists arrested and I am sure they don't catch them all.

Does anyone have a number as to how many lives have been lost so far in these fires?

I feel certain that the MSM and .gov will not put out the actual numbers. Too many if it were only 1.

The incendiary balloon attacks the Japs launched against the U.S. in WWII caused very little actual damage and was considered a failure.
And remember what we did to them.

It's just terrible what their going through. I remember 26 years ago some of my fire code classes talking about how much fire load (amount of combustibles under the canopies and just plain density of combustibles) they had out west and were worried about back then. God bless them and hope it ends soon. Wild life is going to have a hard time surviving and for hunters (like me) pickings might be thin.

Found an interesting Youtube on another forum. It is an online meeting of the Clackamas County Commissioners. A Captain Smith of the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office briefs them on what's happening. Watch the body language of some of the commissioners.
To any members in Clackamas Co., I feel for ya.

I've lived close to the Holiday Farm Fire all my life (62) and I've never seen it as tinderbox dry as it is right now. I've been worried about the orchard behind the house going up for the last 6 weeks. The filbert trees have already dropped most of their nuts which is about a month early.

I can't imagine the amount of wildlife deaths in this fire as it's rugged dense timber terrain with a lot of old growth Douglas Fir...... Elk, deer, cougar, bobcat, fox, coyote, squirrel, etc.

The missing persons list was 50+ 2 days ago, with the speed this fire initially traveled it could be much worse.

Now we have the name of a new street:
1 Poopway Drive. 😂😂🤣🤣

Maybe he "identified" as a stray dog that day. Cut him some slack!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: So he left a pile of Poo-losi in the drive. Did he wipe his Biden?

Burner phones? Burner to burner is sort of safe, but if a burner calls a number which is being watched, all the associated burners are, well, "burned". IMO.
The feds have nothing but time and money. Nothing is really safe. Not even a dully elected president of the USA. Not even opinions expressed on a forum....

^^^ that's eleventy cases of arson, right there. I'm no professional "arson investigator" but even I can tell that ain't natural.

In any means.

This ain't what "Freedom" is all about. This IS what "summary execution" is for. And needed. Society should be WAY BEYOND 'tolerance level' by now.

I may very well be off my nut, but to see a person get arrested twice in one day, in the same place, for doing the same thing.... is unimaginable. Whomever was involved with the 'letting the bastard out the first time' should be personally responsible (financially also) for ALL of this crap.

As well as do time.

Lets see if I understand this; police catch and arrest some mentally-ill Antifa turd setting fires "...but then officers said they found him again setting more fires" after they caught and released him from jail.

Surprise, surprise you dumbfucks. I guess you'd be surprised when Earnest T. Bass broke more windows after Barney let him out of jail.

Just so you all know. I was mentioning the "fire load" on an earlier post ONLY because my memory was jogged at the time. What I failed to mention was the sad loss of life AND that we should say a prayer for the missing...that they maybe safe/ sound and found soon.

Hey there Texpatriot….Not trying to be a jerk here but where did it say Antifa? I went back to sniper wannabe's post of the report and there was no mention of Antifa. So am I missing something? Where did that info come from so I can reference it at a latter date?

Although Oregon officials are denying that antifa are responsible for any and all of the disruptions, they are denying this because they are afraid of the militants and antifa. They know who they are. Any person who has joined in to burn, loot, and destroy our cities is a militant standing beside antifa.

Yeah...I agree...they should be held to account. Destroying peoples property, public land and endangering folk's lives and livelihoods is despicable. Throw the book at em….that's all can say .

Holiday Farm Fire Update 9/15
Holiday Farm Fire Wildfire
News – 5 hrs. ago

Springfield, Ore. –The Urban Search and Rescue Team has completed 431 structural evaluations in the fire area. The team started at the eastern edge of the fire in the community of Rainbow and have been working west down the Highway 126 corridor. The team expects to assess structures in the community of Blue River today. The team has assessed approximately 30 percent of the 1018 structures in the fire area. Structures include commercial buildings, residences and outbuildings.
Of the 431 structures evaluated by the team:
· 315 have been destroyed or failed (308 destroyed, 7 failed) · 102 no damage reported · 14 damaged
To ensure accurate information, Lane County partners are finalizing a process on how to release the damage assessments and share more detailed information with property owners. The Lane County Office of Emergency Management Call Center is available to assist homeowners and residents with damage assessment information. The Lane County Call Center can be reached at: 541-682-3977.
Structure protection, infrastructure rebuilding and wildland fire suppression activities continue throughout the fire area.
Structure protection continues to remain a high priority. Firefighters will work throughout the day to extinguish hot spots in and around structures along Highway 126. They are also mopping up along Highway 126.
Night crews conducted a burnout operation on the southwestern area of the fire on industrial timberlands above Deerhorn Road. The embers from the burnout started small spot fires that required crews to build additional fire control lines.
The Incident Meteorologist forecasted that today’s weather may lighten the smoke inversion which could increase fire behavior.

On a fire of this scale, fire crews are conducting small burnout operations to connect fire control lines and limit fire spread. In addition, the fire crews are using bull dozers and other heavy equipment, largely provided by private industrial landowners, to construct containment lines along the fire edge or open up existing road systems in preparation for additional burnout opportunities. The Leaburg Dam has been repowered and refilled. It is now available as a strategic dip site for heavy helicopters with quick access to the most populated areas near the fire perimeter. The Lane and Linn County Sheriff Offices continue to work with fire operations personnel to modify evacuation zones where appropriate. For the latest information on evacuation areas, please visit: Lane County: www.lanecounty.org/mckenziefire Linn County: www.linnsheriff.org/fire_live_updates_sept_2020/Please continue to monitor cell phones, landlines, local media and official information sources for evacuation updates. Fire managers request that the public please avoid the area. Roads are closed in the fire area and much of the Willamette National Forest (WNF) and Salem/Eugene BLM. Road hazards include falling trees and rocks and debris. For more information on closures on the WNF visit: https://www.fs.usda.gov/alerts/willamette/alerts-notices/?aid=61574 For more information on closures on the BLM visit: https://www.blm.gov/press-release/e...eau-land-management-lands-northwestern-oregon Fire personnel are warmed by the community’s support but are unable to accept donations or use volunteers. The fire must use individuals with the appropriate qualifications. Those looking to volunteer or donate can connect with local organizations at: https://www.lanecounty.org/cms/one.aspx?pageId=17035134 ###

Just had a brief conversation with a friend in Josephine County. They've lived in the area their entire life.
Fire seasons come and go. It's part of life.

But this is different. It's exponentially more arson cases, and they seem to deliberately spread resources thin.

My theory is that it's all very coordinated and deliberate.
They grow apples and plums, but next door is a big pot operation that makes multiple times more per acre than they do on fruit.
Nationwide legalization is likely sooner than later, and those lands are valuable.
So scaring people off, burning them out, it all seems like a timed effort to devalue the acreage and to make some motivated sellers before the growing boom hits full scale.
That's just my take.

The west coast always seems to be on fire. Except when I lived in Washington. Didn’t see many there.

Times they are a changin. I just finished cleaning up the nails thrown in my driveway, 1 week after I hoisted my TRUMP 2020 flag in the front yard.
I bet it was some triggered Antifa cunt with snout ring, tats, neon green hair and her man-bun skateboard, riding male bitches.

There was a time when arsonists were considerate as least as contemptible in the eyes of the law as murderers and horse thieves.

A barn burner was usually shot on sight or hung on the spot, if he was lucky.

Not sure why thats changed. There is something particularity loathsome and deranged about an arsonist.

The normalization of mental illness is why. At least in some states arson of an occupied (or potentially occupied) building is a case for justified use of lethal force.

In Texas, Deadly force may be used to defend your land or tangible, movable property when you reasonably believe that immediate force is necessary to prevent another person from committing one of the following crimes: Arson...

Doesn't say whether or not deadly force may come by the way of a rope. They need to find a bunch of Antifa strung up with a note pinned on their chest like in Lonesome Dove, 'Man burner.'

And notice there is no "spontaneous" outbreak of wildfires (or arson) in TX :)

Well we did have some fires out west in Texas but I think mostly squelched now.

The da's that release these people need removed from office and waiting for elections is not prudent.

Anyone that has any sympathy for them can kiss my ass.

Ha ha ha ha …..nope..just getting the facts straight....
I'd take offence at that but seeing you guy's don't know or ever had any conversations with me I let shit like that slide. Easy going...yeah been called that....and a hell of a lot worse in my youth. Age has mellowed me some. But don't think I put up with to much...Just like anyone else I'll protect myself and mine.
