I currently have a Atlas on a 419 Arca mount and it’s a fine bipod but after shooting a borrowed gun with the CKYEpod it feels a bit...inadequate.
I know there’s a new CKYEpod coming out that we are all patiently awaiting but if I wanted to pick up another bipod now, what is out there that is similar to the CKYEpod?

it looks like Warne and AccuTac might be more robust than the Atlas. How do the compare to the CKYEpod?

OP, you should post what type of rifle(s) you want to use it on. Some of the suggestions will depend on how much rifle it has to support.

I don’t understand how elite iron is even practical.... sure it might be steady.... sure you might get 360 degrees of cant, which idk why you would need.... but in the end you still have a bipod that is slow, way overpriced and still has ergonomics worse than beating off with a boxing glove...

Just buy an F class bipod and be done

I use a 9-13" one from tiptop that is pan and tilt all in one, ~$60 if I recall right, its held up perfectly fine for a few years for me. I have dual sling studs on most of my rifles so the bipod mount is independent of the stud I use for the sling.
The OP is asking about $300-$500 bipods...

China thanks you for your service.

The tier one is pretty good. I have the tactical one for an AR-15 and it's great. I've been looking at the Evolution, but I'm debating on the TBAC, which would be for my .308. The Tier-One tactical is just a little bit small for my AR-308, but it's really light and very well done. It's as good of machining and as well built as anything I've seen. I do like the Tbac though, but both Tier one and MDT is sold out of their bi-pod, and the Gen2 Ckye isn't available yet either so....
