Only a few counties here let you hunt big game from a boat, motor can’t be running when you shoot. Only a few counties allow using dogs to chase deer anymore.
Try to look for a natural funnel, like a place where the woods narrow or a creek bottom. Set up so you have a good view but not so close they can smell you or spot you before you see them.@dustingaunder - nice pics!

We are hunting a wilderness area, so 100% us vs them. No food plots, salt licks, feeders, etc.
seems like you got some nice meat there.
We have a couple weeks of late season in Jan to freeze our nuts off hunting.

I would love to do this to a family distant member. I don't know why they try to make their veggi-meals taste like some kind of meat. Seems odd to me.
