Are you saying that after the rally, if everyone went home or just stood around outside of the Capitol, we'd be in the situation? I highly doubt that. It would have been possible that the objection to the EC vote would have continued. Not sure what would have happened there. We were told that many states were discussing their EC vote and possibly something could have shanged there.
But because of their action that day, all bets are off and we had to sit and listen to Putzlosi about how the other side is just a domestic terrorist group and no Republican would take on our fight.

I needed a wild hog to mix with venison from a deer I shot for smoked sausage. A bunch came out and I picked one what I figured was a perfect sized, about 60lbs. on the hoof and rolly polly round.

You have 2 LE officers from virginia who have been charged and arrested while 5 LE officers from Seattle sit untouched and out of reach until a investigation can determine if they are covered by protected political speech .
I don't want to see arrest but you certainly can't arrest some and let others go and say you live under the rule of law.

NO! The real problem is right now I have a judge tell me that I cannot even have a gun in my house to protect my family of 5 because though I committed no crime a 23 yo wrecked into my car then said he was in fear.
How many like me? How about those unarmed protestors?

I drove up to Llano today. Glorious weather.
We may be hunting hogs for real like our kinfolk in the 1800's did if the communists stay in power. Hogs are what kept the pioneers in the Hill Country from starving to death. People should remember that.
We got fat and spoiled with McDonald's and HEB and didn't need to hunt our hogs and they got out of hand. But they saved lives on the Pedernales in the late 1800's. The Hill Country had very few deer then and the buffalo were gone. Not everyone had cattle.
Yeah, Llano is pretty but an odd little town. Many years ago they had 2 DDT plants in the town. The DDT got out and leached into the water supply and fucked up a lot of people. You can still see it in some, their movements are jerky from nerve damage.
Now there are too many deer, they kill more with pick up trucks than guns. especially in you go in towards Spicewood where the libby's wont let them be shot. They have a lot of dwarfism and albinos.
I didn't know that about Llano. I remember one time we were heading to San Saba on a dove hunt and stopped in little store in Llano. There was a this family that came in that looked like something out of the stone age. Wild eyed, feral, clearly the whole family was inbred and retarded. The women were wearing what looked like flour sacks with arm holes, hairy legged and eyed us like they were wild animals.
A buddy moved up there and had a horse rare over backward on him and broke his hip. He ended up in a body cast in the Llano Hospital. People in Llano came together and donated money for his bills but he didn't use it and returned the money.
I'd move there if I could make a living.

If youve not been check our Enchanted Rock about 20 miles south of Llano. Its a huge granite dome that bubbled up long ago. You can hike to the top and get a long view of the Hills. There are several vernal pools that when it rains have tiny shrimp that hatch and grow. When it dries up the go into the mud and hibernate until the next rain.
