The Aspis model rifle will officially be released to the market for ordering on or before this Friday.

We are currently putting together tiered equipment packages consisting of basics of rifle with day optics to full blown NV and thermal packages.

As I type Hoplite Arms is currently setting up vendor accounts with some of the industries Tier 1 suppliers and products in their respective fields for accessories and optics.

We are also having discussions on tiered concierge service packages consisting from basic zeroing of packaged rifle to full nothing off limits concierge services such as..
1. You want us to do load development and dope your rifle out to 1 mile.............................DONE.
2. You want us to provide 1 on 1 training to you with YOUR rifle package so that YOU get your rifle on target at 1 mile......................DONE.
3. You want us to provide you with UAVs for target monitoring/detection............................DONE
4. You want to hunt hogs at night with your NV and thermal.....................................................DONE.
5. You want to experience shooting your system from helicopter.............................................DONE.
6. You want to experience "Tactical Missions"....................................................................................DONE.
7. List goes on and on.

IF you want it, Hoplite Arms WILL provide it. Just think of Hoplite Arms as your "Tactical Concierge" lol.

Concierge services cost but the customer journey and satisfaction will not be beat by anyone in this industry.

So it is time, lol....as promised on or by Friday :)

The Aspis goes into production today.

The first batch will take approximately 8 weeks for Hoplite Arms to do its part, then 1-2 weeks at coating..so 10 weeks depending on barrel specifications the customer requests (For jacketed or monolithics).

Retail for the Aspis weapon system sitting in Vault 800 is $6900.
Package the Aspis with ZCO 5-27 sitting in ZCO rings for $10,500

First 5 customers will get certificate for 1 day familiarization/training course on the 1 mile range in Texas (About 1.5 hours from San Antonio)

I am on my way to San Antonio Texas this morning to take part in the ELRSO 1 mile match Saturday.
The Aspis T&E rifle will be there and shooting factory Berger ammunition at the match.

I could see this as a very important part of the concierge service.
Spend a bunch of money with us and we'll include the package where we make sure the wife doesn't try to kill you in your sleep.

Well, going forward, if you happen to decide you need someone to tow the Traeger to select events and grill burgers/dogs or smoke some pork shoulders let me know. ;) I hope to be back on the MS Gulf Coast by the middle of next month.

Not to be a dick, but really, how many people do this "full time"?

Not trying to take anything away from the rifle or shooter. That rifle is badass, and obvious Dthomas knows what he's doing if he's an adjunct trainer at RO.

Anyways, love hearing the reports. Keep them coming. It's a lot of fun watching this venture progress.

I would think anyone showing up to a sanctioned mile match isn’t a weekend warrior who shoots once a month.

It's a hobby for pretty much everyone that competes, with a few exceptions. These competitors have careers and lives outside of ELR comps. I think very few people actually shoot ELR as a job. Some of these hobbyists shoot more then others, but it's still just a hobby.

Perhaps I'm completely off base, but personally knowing some of the team AB members I don't think I'm too far off.

Anyways, I don't mean to derail this thread with my flippant comments. This thread is supposed to be about these badass rifles, and what they are accomplishing. I'll refrain from posting anything that detracts from that :p

Anyways, cool stuff. And I'm jealous you are in line for a Hoplite rifle - I wish I could say the same. These things are going to be badass, and I'm jealous that you are getting one!

I think what he’s saying is “seasoned” elr shooters. Though in my observation, many of these guys don’t shoot a ton as it’s just their big rifles and the ammo is expensive. And if you don’t shoot a ton, it’s hard to be really good. That’s not a knock on them.

But I don’t think there’s as much of a difference as a lot of people think. Shooting is shooting.
