Scientific reasons for waiting to get the COVID vaccine

This sounds like info being released before we started "two weeks to flatten the curve."

https://science.sciencemag.org/content/371/6529/eabf4063

Also please see Fuaci's emails, as we all should have known from the beginning, viruses are too small to be caught in a mask. Since we learned about the 1918 pandemic in history class, and the simile they used for how viruses pass through porous masks was "mosquitos through a chain link fence."

"N95 respirators made by different companies were found to have different filtration efficiencies for the most penetrating particle size (0.1 to 0.3 micron), but all were at least 95% efficient at that size for NaCl particles."

"Above the most penetrating particle size the filtration efficiency increases with size; it reaches approximately 99.5% or higher at about 0.75 micron."

Covid19 viral bits vary from .06 to 1.2 microns. The best n95, will not catch all of the viral particles. The worst ones will not catch any, 3 Microns. Thats like throwing a 1 micron hot dog, down a three micron hallway.

That second part means .5% of particles .75 microns will penetrate the mask.

I wonder if those who have contracted Covid could sue the government in a class action lawsuit? Seems like the government knowingly gave bad instructions to all of humanity which may have caused some to be infected because of a false sense of security.

What you state above is an excellent example of low resolution thinking/reasoning. The problem at hand is more complex that the simple analogies you bring forward.

Please read this summary and ask yourself whether it does the issue more justice.

Whether and when it makes sense to get vaccinated or not and whether and when it makes sense to wear a mask or not depends on specific and personal circumstances and should be a personal choice. There is no single 'right' or 'wrong' answer that applies to all people and situations.

Most people in our society are either incapable or unwilling to deal with complexity. They want a simple, comfortable life. They want to feel good - contradictory facts and unresolved questions be dammed. Our 'representatives' know this and they sell 'easy fixes' for complicated issues, which will always create more problems than it solves. This cycle is the real problem, whether you look at Covid-19, environmental issues, the economy, racial issues, etc.

Oh God, this fuckstain again.

The issue is a lot of people died of other shit but upon further examination when determined to have Covid were listed as covid.

Hospitals were cash incentivized to call Covid deaths.

The number is inflated.
what i found hilarious early on were the chodes claiming that "doctors" are too honest to pump up the numbers for profit (or survival).
fucking retards.

/i do legal discovery for a healthcare company
//my first job in HC, i got fired because i tore into a "doctor" that did a CAT scan on a patient that died, so they could bill it.

Wireless testing?

Positive by Association

Someone in the room was obviously positive so everyone was positive.

Reason why I will continue to cut my own hair.

I miss sitting in the barbers shop reading dumb mags waiting my turn and truthfully sitting in the chair is kind of relaxing.....but as long as they are taking names and I can save $50 a month to spend on ammo.........

Ill never go back.

Build Back Better excludes Barbers I guess.

watch.
pretty soon they will blame non-vaccinated for something only vaccinated people die from.

I've proposed several times, and each time been ridiculed for, the idea that the mask issue is a multi part function. The first is that there is a big difference between wearing your ex girlfriends underwear on your face, and wearing an N95 mask. The second is that, even in a protective mask, the utility of the mask is going to decrease with the level of comfort one gets from wearing a mask. That is to say that if you allow mask wearing to make you comfortable with easing distancing, the mask is going to be increasingly less effective, to the point where its talismanic features make its downsides overtake its upsides. But it is always going to be a case by case basis.

You guys realize that an efficacious vaccine does not mean 100% protection, right?

You guys realize that an efficacious vaccine does not mean 100% protection, right?
of course.
and since a recent german study of over 10k people found that 42% of them had covid already and didn't know it, we don't know how effective these vaccines are (or any flu vaccines) since they don't test for immunity before giving them.
they just assume that if somebody doesn't get the flu it is because the vaccine, and if anyone gets it, it is because they are unvaxed or 'breakthrough".
to me, this sounds like more bullshit.

I am told here that the correct answer to such personal medical questions is to ask how many inches of black cock your wife prefers in her ass, and whether she likes to have one in her mouth at the same time.

Hey man, I just said what everybody here told me they were going to say if somebody asked them about their vaccination status. It's hard to keep on the right thing to do. But I deleted it, in case you were offended.

As to your question, all of the pandemics for which we have vaccines, polio, measles etc, I have been vaccinated for. Pandemics with no vaccine available, I've not been vaccinated for. I really don't see what that has to do with the reality that vaccines are not 100% protective.

No, what I stated are simple facts supported by science, and the links I posted. What you bring up are choices that can be made based on facts, which are suppressed and misrepresented.

Delete my bad post and I will tell you.... no, I wasn't living in the US at the time and I had no idea it was available. Probably would not have, if I am being honest. Being totally honest, there are many scenarios in which I would not have for this one either, but I had a particular situation that made it a no brainer. I am probably as low a risk for problems with covid as you can be, fwiw.

I think I've made it clear I think it is a personal decision, I just get tired of what I see as bad arguments against it. Obviously there are good arguments against it as well.

That is exactly where this is going, especially when you have some people so buffaloed they will believe that virus can only mutate in un-vaccinated people. When they know "vaccinated" people still catch and spread. Or why no Dr. that wants to come in and tell us how dangerous COVID19 is, wants to explain why there were only 1200 flu deaths this year.

I wasn’t offended by your reply. I wanted to find out if your advocacy was honest. But you being out of the country didn’t preclude you from being vaccinated. It was the exact same deal as what we have today. Just a different president.

My Gradma was subject to weekly testing in the nursing home. She was on hospice for nearly 3 weeks after she stopped eating, Dementia. Her COVID test the third week returned after she died was positive. She is listed as a COVID death, not died with COVID, died of COVID. Just think how deadly that is, she was almost to die, and COVID snuck in there and killed her first. I bet there are hundreds of thousands of more people who can tell the same story, because I don't know many people, and I know two people who's elderly relatives died from chronic conditions, then were listed as COVID.
Basically like a former coworker. She had terminal brain cancer, given 6mo or so to live after her chemo therapy...it simply didn't work for her. Sh lasted around a year. When she died it was because of "covid" not terminal brain cancer. Her family was pissed, the coroner wouldn't change the death certificate to properly reflect cause of death.

One of my coworkers: her 94-year-old mother who stopped eating properly about 6 months earlier because she wanted to die was listed as a COVID death. Well no shit! COVID will kill you if you’re 94 and refuse to eat.

My advocacy for the vaccine, if that is what you want to call it, is honest. I think it is a good idea for most people to get it. I think it doesn't make sense for a lot of other people. And in 09-10 Obama was President and this jackass was Vice President, so no big difference. Here is what I think, just to be clear:

  • mRNA vaccines are an exciting technology that promise to be very helpful in the future.
  • sufficient testing occurred for this vaccine to make that not an operative issue in deciding to take the vaccine.
  • side effects are not extreme, though each side effect is a real person, so they are extreme in each case.
  • vaccinating old people makes a lot of sense.
  • vaccinating kids makes no sense at all.
  • vaccinating everybody in between is kind of a sliding scale.
  • no vaccine offers 100% immunity to everybody.
  • nobody should be forced to be vaccinated.
  • Covid is real and cost our country, and the world, many millions of life years.
  • arguments about how many people really died from covid are dishonest on both sides.
  • it is a vaccine.
  • the political rhetoric around it is awful.
I honestly don't remember knowing anything was available for H1N1. I can't answer any questions about that in a way that really gives insight into my thinking. I am happy to answer any more of your questions, but I can only really tell you what I think.

all of these drugs passed "gold standard" clinical trials, (according to the people that ran them). all turned out dangerous.

6000 people died from the vaccine in 6 months. At that rate it will be 12,000 by the end of the year. if we factor in comorbidity, then 600,000 people died from the vaccine and millions will die by the time this is over.

So, 5500 or so have died in proximity to having the vaccine. Surely some causal, but also surely some non causal. Since vaccination rates seem to fit a rectangular hyperbolic curve, at this rate it won't be 12,000 by the end of the year. The comorbidity derp is stupid. Also, not sure what you are trying to show with this argument.

Please just say what you are trying to get me to see so I can try.

I know you still haven't linked us to the data that backs up your claim.

I can also tell you if you have the jab, they are using less cycles for PCR tests, then if you didn't let them experiment on you. More ffucky numbers, big surprise. You go on and keep believing though.
The actually "corrected" the cycle count the very DAY that 46 was inaugurated. Prior to that, they had been over-cycling them.

Using numbers inflated 100 fold to support your position.
I've been exceedingly clear that I don't think the official numbers represent the true covid deaths. You've been exceedingly clear that you think anybody who died with a comorbidity would have inevitably died in the one year time frame. I think that is ridiculous, and doesn't represent the reality of comorbidities. I am not sure that there is anywhere else we can go on this.

Whats exceedingly clear is that this pandemic is criminal. If Trump were not in office this would have been swept under the rug like H1N1 was 10 years ago. Instead, they exaggerated the numbers, induced a panic, pulled a dangerous vaccine out of their ass and forced it on the public. And people like you bought it hook, line, and sinker.

The usual.

Arguing with and acting superior to everyone.

I’d venture to guess that you hold “the most ignored “ record on the Hide…..
Given the ignorers, I take that as a huge badge of honor. Not sending your best.

There are some things in there that are true, and some that are bullshit. The world is a bit more nuanced than you seem to think.

So just to be clear, you believe that 87 counties worked in secret coordinating with each other to over exaggerate the pandemic, implement lockdowns, trash their economies, misinform on death counts, create faked images and faked local public reporting.

You also believe that this was all done just to bolster the democratic party in the United States and make our President look bad?

Seems to me, that with that much power and effort they could have been a little more overt about it.
