How well is that Magpul bipod working for you? Thinking about getting one for my daughter's rifle. thanks
It is pretty steady. I only have a Caldwell to compare it to, which was a sling stud adapted version. The legs lock securely, height adjust well and there is a adjustment to allow for some side to side rotation in case your shooting surface is not level. So far pretty happy. Only complaint is the button to unlock the legs is firm and requires more direct in line pressure than I think it should but it does not rattle, so maybe that is why.

MDT LSS - 22 (Ruger American)

Do any of you know the thread of the screws on the underside of an MDT LSS – 22 (gen 1) chassis? I would like to fit a front rest rider. I asked the the company (UK based) where I purchased it and they advised 10-32" UNF, however, after purchasing the screws (via Amazon), they don’t fit! Therefore, anyone know the answer?

Any assistance much appreciated.

Thank you
The Gen 1 chassis doesnt have the M lok attachment holes. The only adapter I found to convert to ARCA was here. The Gen1 chassis have the Magpu MOE spaced holes on the bottom rail.
I am using this to connect a JP rifles benchrest adapter to my LSS chassis.

TS Custom, RimX, McMillan M40a1, Bartlein #14 contour 1-16, Surgeon bottom metal, Bix & Andy tacsport 2-stage, NF NX8 4x32 MilC. Can't say enough about the TS Custom build quality, incredible! Shoots and feeds better than it looks, balances perfectly on the ARCA rail.

The transition from the stock grip to the cheek riser looks odd to me. Is it designed that way? Function over form?

Just curious is all

nothing special like you guys, but here is my 10/22 tdl with a new burris rt-6.
super duper glass not needed for what we do, but having something like a red dot and being able to zoom in for tiny targets is great,
the key was being able to fit in the case and bug out backpack i already have for it, and "regular" scopes weren't an option.
the old primary arms red dot has worked good enough for 5+ years, if you're shooting cans or a steel arcade.
obviously i am a poor so no $2k steiner, or even $800 vortex. i think this will be fine for fun shooting.

My uncle called me last week and said there was a guy in the shop trying to sell a Christensen Ranger, am I interested? Sure, I guess... for the right price.

Well the price was right so I told him to pay the man and send it to me. Great, long range plinker... now I need a scope. I wanted something light in keeping with the overall design of the rifle but a 3-15 wasn't going to do it (my eyesight seems to get worse every day).

March was the only real answer so I picked up a 3-24x42 F series. It's around 23oz and the clearest scope that I've ever looked through... an absolutely stunning feat of engineering given it's size.

Everything showed up yesterday except for my rings. Should be an interesting day at the range next weekend, I hope this thing prints well.

Not sure on value but I have fondled one ounce. Very cool old tech. The little plunger under the barrel is for charging the action. It'd be cool but I have other money hungry guns

Seems I never got around to posting the B14r and I also changed up the 10/22. So more pics!
Put the krg bravo and vortex strike eagle on the 10/22 this week and got a chance to get to the range for a half hour today. She shoots! Needs a trigger though.

The top two groups as well as the one in the center are all 5 rounds. The scattering around it was what I shot zeroing it.

Beginnings of a project... Picked up a NIB Bergara B14R with the carbon barrel in trade for an old AR and $200.00. Ordered a EGW base, Vortex PMR rings, and B&T adapter so I can run a bipod. I'll rob the Athlon Ares ETR off the .338 for now to see how she shoots! I have to say, the crown on this thing is UGLY! I'm sure it won't matter :D

3-24? and which reticle?

Yes, FMA2.
Actually I put the March back on the Daystate PCP and mounted an NF NX8 4-32 F1 MIL-C instead. Love the March scope, but the FMA2 reticle is a tad fine for the 22. IMO, even with its faults, the NX8 is darn near perfect for the Vudoo.

I brought mine to our unofficial rimfire match yesterday but forgot to bring any mags for it.
Yeah, I drove 90 minutes to a pistol match last year and discovered that my gun was no where to be found. I remember grabing it but it didn't make it to the car. RO'd my squad for most of the day and from then on used a check list AT THE CAR.

His and her's Savage Mark II in Boyds At One stock. (Bet your ass mine’s the pink. Nahhh mine’s the green. I thought about it though.) Group was shot with mine but the wife’s shot a very similar group as well. We took them out to 200 yards with an 8” plate and had too much success. Gotta get a smaller plate.

Probably my favorite rifle to shoot right now!
Tikka T1X - 16” barrel
Area 419 30 MOA base
Strike Eagle 5-25 in ADM 20 MOA mount
Prototype Rusty Nuts Designs chassis
Prototype Rusty Nuts Designs Tikka flat trigger
Some POS 9mm suppressor I bought for $100 a while back. I really need a rimfire suppressor. Looking at TBAC and Dead Air Mask or going the F1 route.
