They have some visible defects, which I thought was odd , but didn’t seem to affect performance too much for plinking. I hit 10” an 12” steel consistently out to 150 and 200 just for fun.

I load them for plinking subsonics in my 16" .300 BLK AR. I use Alliant PowerPro 300-MP and CCI 450's in cut-down 5.56 cases. In my .300 BLK I'm getting 1" or less 3-shot groups @ 100 yards on average. But it spreads pretty vastly when I step it out to 200. It still shoot 5-6" groups (which is more than enough to hit steel), but nothing like my precision subsonic load did with Berger 210 VLD's, 300-MP, and CCI 400's. It was tack-driving them at 200. But, for the price, it's hard to beat the Berry's 220's when you catch them on sale for $119 a box (500).

    You shooting those Bergers supersonic?

Shit... 😮 At 100 yards with Berry's 220 sub load, I'm putting 3 inside a 1" red dot all touching...

Like I said in the above post, once I step out to 200 yards, shit starts gettin a bit wild. Shooting 4-5" groups. But it would still "do the job" if I had no other tools with me, and I had to reach out to 200.

The 100 yard target appears have impacts that look like they are key-holing. Specifically the 5 shots marked. Anyone else notice they almost look like 2 impacts per hole? (Shots 1 , 4 and 5) They have a figure 8 appearance. What twist rate is your barrel?
