Rittenhouse Trial

Are you saying Jack Posobiec's tweet is lying or leftist? Jack is conservative...you may be missing the message of what he's saying.
I could see where TxPatriot is coming from; but I think it was meant to say "this guy is not a threat." The one criminal trial I was on they had a guy the size of Lurch standing within 6 feet of the defense table, another guy slightly less Lurch-like beside him and closer to the judge, and two freaking big ass mofo's at the back of the courtroom.

At end of trial, and guilty verdict, we were asked if we wanted police protection to get to our car.

That was my take...Kyle is NOT a threat and that's evident by how close he and the judge were.

This trial is also about something that has been discussed here in multiple threads. A 17 yr old kid who is just starting out in life isn't thinking about losing everything he's worked his entire life to build. Any one of us may have done exactly what KR did if we had nothing to lose or worse, faced losing everything we have. The older and further along you get, the more risk averse you become. Have a family, home, job, ect., and you are less likely to put yourself in a position where those things can be taken from you. When KR is found not guilty, the elite left will lose their collective minds in part because it will confirm that self defense with a firearm is legal. I hope that the not guilty verdict will empower more good people who have something to lose to stand up for what is right and stand against the tyranny of the leftist mob.

No, it was directed toward the hypocrisy of the Left.

It's like handing Alec Baldwin a gun without checking to see if it's loaded, since he's incapable, and asking him to demonstrate for the court just what happened.

Now theft and violence is common, lawlessness abounds. In my opinion, civilization is in a state of de-evolution. Humans are descending into state of chaos and lawlessness, while deluding ourselves into thinking we are our own gods.

Circa the Crusades???.......I think we have LOTS of history to review.

F-yea Brother....Preach it!!!!

Anyone feel like it's not actually Kyle on trial? He's just an epic scapegoat.

It's more about the ar15 than anything else.
Nobody gives a fuck about old mates glock 21, it's all about the AR.
He could've beat those 3 guys to death with a giant dildo and never been charged.

The closing statements from the defence weren't as succinct as I'd have liked, but I still belief Kyle walks

The current 2A case in the supreme Court my be primed to require "strict scrutiny" on any 2A cases.

This could mean that a state can not ban a certain type of weapon if it is in common use or otherwise not regulated in some other way such as one of the NFAs.

Fingers crossed but Im expecting it will be Thomas and Alito against the commie horde as usual.

But I've seen argument that the entire episode still acts as a deterrent to others, and I tend to agree.

Look what they put him through, for over a year; trial costs of ~ $1 million, all social media strikes and bans, financial institutions and places like GoFundMe strike and ban, media demonizes and you might lose your job, residence, reputation. Many will look at this and think, "Not worth it."

I think this is still a "success" in their mind. Besides, if he walks, it will further support their foregone conclusion, "The system and everyone of those dumb fucks that support Kyle, are racist bastards that deserve to die." (paraphrasing "their" argument)

If Kyle goes free, then the SCOTUS calls NY carry law "unconstitutional"....the world will shift on it's axis.

Stuff like that is so sickening to watch… the little punk with the skateboard beating that man on the ground should have been shot multiple times with exploding hollow points and then that skateboard shoved up his rear just to send a message.

PSA: Hollow points are safer for use when in crowed public areas.

IIRC the guy tried to stop looting in downtown Dallas and the 'mostly peacful protesters' beat him senseless. It may be a different incident, but going on spur of the moment memory and mine is getting worse with age.

edit with details:

I tried looking this up, but what is the background of this? Why is this guy getting beat? I need some context.

Goat
i don't think i have the links anymore, but this is just one of many i had that showed "protesters" beating business owners that tried to defend their businesses from looting and arson.

I can't for the life of me understand WHY the defense didn't hammer home the FBI overhead video. Wish I had more of that video cause it's clear someone "hides" between vehicles, Rittenhouse is on one side of the D-Max (the angle of the low altitude drone shows this as stated by the Prosecution) , the pedo runs from around the OTHER side of the D-Max. So there's no way Pedo could have been "provoked" into chasing Kyle by any action from Kyle.

Were they trying to say Kyle pointed the weapon at the Z-name woman....who was yelling "Gun, gun, gun" ???? Hence the Pedo foot pursuit???

New chant: My guns got a zero, don't be a hero! Fuck "no justice no peace", it's all commie bullshit!
Watching that video brings to mine how well behaved the animals are in the zoo compared to those wack jobs or lost souls with nothing to do in their lives.
