I wasn't able to make this setup work. I couldn't get the rear sight far enough rearward without the rail being in the way of the bolt. I've decided to put the scope back on and use a CZ457 for the iron sight setup.

I run my SB PMII 5-25 at 18x for 1000 yards. Plenty of magnification for that distance and the mirage doesn't play with your eyes.
