    Re: Shipping a knife to Connecticut? If an automatic knife you cannot use the USPS. UPS or FEDEX are OK. No law regulating ownership in CT just what you can carry re size. Also, cannot carry an automatic, gravity or dirk knife(unless on duty LE or paramedic).

    Re: Form 4 mail class to BATF&E I use USPS Priority Mail envelope with delivery confirmation, very reasonable. With a personal check for the tax.. That way you can easily see when delivered and when check cashed for your records.
