Broken case (in rifle) extractor.
Those Brownell's extractor tools look sweetfor .223 and .308. Just this week I had a 300BLK neck ring break off and get stuck. I remembered that I had a tube brush set from Harbor Freight. The brushes are various sizes with the brush portion approx 4 inches long with a twisted wire handle...- Brent B
