For accuracy start with Federal Gold Medal Match. For hunting I've seen impressive reports from the Federal Fusion/Speer Gold Dot line. There are so many options and each rifle will generally have its own preference it's hard/impossible to make a blanket recommendation.
There are two on gunbroker right now, one of the older style (McMillan stock) and one of the new Patrol models. I've been looking for more info on the Patrol model but haven't found a whole lot since it is pretty new.
When I say "collector" I don't necessarily mean a high end discriminating buyer just that its still appealing to someone who wants a military configuration Mauser over a sporterizes one. Around here that gun would sell for at least $250-300 which would get you close to a used or entry level Rem...

My concern is that the LOP would be too long even at its shortest setting. I'm also curious about using the new Magpul fixed carbine stock with the McRees.
