To my knowledge, both Bell & Carlson and Choate Tactical (both mid-level) have stocks with M5 inletting. They may be out of stock...

If it were me, I'd wait and order a stock that can pre-fab'd with the M5 inlet. Do you already have a stock purchased? For example, I won't be trying to inlet my Hogue stock to accept the M5 (though possible); rather, I'll be holding onto the PTG metal until I'm ready to order a stock that...

Just for my own curiosity and research, OP, what criteria did you use to narrow it down to those two stocks?
