Sorry for my confusion but can you verify if this is a LA or a SA? The writing in the post says LA but the information in the photo says SA. Or is that just the rail that's for a SA?

Been working up some loads for my AR 25 WSSM and I've been having a heck of a time with copper fouling after only 5-6 rounds. Any ideas why this is happening and how can I fix it would be appreciated. Knutson
