    115 grn 243.

Re: 115 grn 243. With the new Berger 105g Hybrid in 6mm, I cant understand loading the 115g bullets in the 6mm caliber. The 105g Hybrids have a higher BC and can be driven faster, so ballistics will be improved. Something to think about if you havent already purchased the 115g bullets.

    6mm Berger Hybrid

Re: 6mm Berger Hybrid With the Hybrid having a higher BC than either the DTACs or the 115g Berger VLDs and being able to push them faster, the long range ballistics make more sense to shoot the Hybrids. Killshot, your results are interesting. You have been the first person that I have read...

Fine Tuning a Load's OCW and Seating Depth

Re: Fine Tuning a Load's OCW and Seating Depth glock24, I agree with your OCW assessment above, but would challenge your seating depth choice. I would have chosen the 10 thous off as my load. Then, as your throat erodes, you at least know that you are good for another 5 thous of erosion...

    ??? ar comp in .223

Re: ??? ar comp in .223 24.7 to 24.8g with the 52g Amax in RP cases was the OCW charge in my FIL's Rem 700 SPS. 25.4g was the max with his rifle. His twist doesnt allow heavier bullets. Hope that helps. Here is a link to my work-up with it...

    Making 6.5 CM brass

Re: Making 6.5 CM brass 260CM is a 6.5x250AI. You can also buy Lapua .22-250 brass and use the COW method to nicely form 260 CM brass if necessary. My brother had a .22-250 that he shot the barrel out of and has a bunch of .22-250 brass left over. He plans to get a 260CM barrel and use...

Does anyone make a stock pad for a left handed shooter? I have a Tac-Ops pad as a gift, but I shoot left handed so my face is on the wrong side. Thanks in advance and sorry if this has been asked before.

    284 Win or 7mmRM

Re: 284 Win or 7mmRM What is your rifle going to be used for? For hunting, I would suggest the 7RM due to the availability of factory loads in a bind. For steel/target shooting, I would load the 284 Win. Better brass, known loadings. Looking at the 7mm page on 6mmbr.com, the 7RM is not...
