The wait on my JP LRP is almost over. Received the tracking notice today. It has been 18ish long weeks. I am very much looking forward to some range time with it. I have nothing else to say, but no one else would understand my excitement. Now I can focus on the wait for my Beanland :)

I used to brew my own beer; haven't in a while though. Made a mash tub out of an old cooler 100ft of copper tubing. I need to get back into it.

I use this as well. They schedule any gun over $2,500 I believe. No serial numbers. Pricing is pretty reasonable too. The only thing I am unclear on is how they cover suppressors, I asked and basically was told it was only covered if attached to a weapon?

I couldn't agree more with the OP. These types of publicity seeking jack asses only hurt the community as a whole. There is no way I would be comfortable in that restaurant if those two guys came in weapons at low ready like the picture shows. There is a right way and a wrong way to acclimate...

Do you happen to know if that includes rifles nearing completion (hopefully)? I ordered mine about 15 weeks ago but I haven't gotten the e-mail yet. I'm hoping it will come with the new bolt, but I don't want to call and bug them as I know they are incredibly busy.

I am still waiting on mine (at about 13 weeks right now... can't wait for the e-mail). I did already receive my 1 piece mount, and it feels very solid and well built. I obviously haven't mounted it yet though.

On their site they show 4 size options up to .960?

If anyone has the OD and length of the RAD, APA, and Chubby (or any of them) I'd be greatly appreciative.

I went heavy palma for this so I'm at .90. Right now, I'm torn between the RAD, the APA, and the Big Chubby.

I've heard good things about the FTE, I just want to avoid having to turn the barrel down for it. The MRAD was what I was set on until I came accross the Big Chubby (and now the gen 2 Bastards).

I do like the looks of that one, especially without having the set screw.
