    Delayed blowback advantages

I had an early 9mm Guard (serial 299 if I recall) and I ran through ejector springs pretty frequently. When it ran it was great and even better suppressed but it would go through an ejector spring every few hundred rounds and I'd get double feeds. I sold it and built a straight blow back...

    M40a1 build guide

Well a couple of you have asked for a build guide for our M40a1 take off stocks. I am building an accurate clone, and learning as I go. I am by no means an expert, but I'm trying to find the right information just like many of you. Please post if it...

    need knowledge on ham/murs radio

Re: need knowledge on ham/murs radio I made communications a priority about a year ago and found Ham is really the only option. I was blessed to have an active local club, and much like shooters they were just happy to answer questions and offer any support they could. I'm in a very rural...

highest round count on one action?! LETS GET IT ON

Re: highest round count on one action?! LETS GET IT ON I've got 14K roughly through my match gun. It was just re-barreled 500 rounds ago, but still looks basically the same with a fresh coat of ceracoat. I'll get some pics up tonight.

IS the Jewell THE end all?

Re: IS the Jewell THE end all? I'm a weekend warrior. I shoot in local matches and not in regional or national tac matches. I hate cleaning, but a squirt of lighter fluid isn't the worst thing in my opinion. I recently changed my worked over factory Remington trigger to Jewell. First, I...

Two stage trigger, any draw backs?

Re: Two stage trigger, any draw backs? I have a 2 stage trigger in my Annie 64 MPR. It's great, but I just prefer a single stage in my centerfire match rifles. I shoot a Jewell set around 2 lbs. I just don't like "searching" for that second stage. I like to stack pressure with a known and...

Any Credibility to this? 20" same velocity as 26"?

Re: Any Credibility to this? 20" same velocity as 26"? I just re-barreled my .308 match gun from a 24" Hart to a 20" Rock. I'm shooting the same load (43.5 grains Varget, and 175's). I got 2685 out of my Hart and I'm getting 2560 out of my Rock. 4" made a pretty big difference in my gun.

Let's see those whiskey three chassis

Re: Let's see those whiskey three chassis Hellbender asked me to post some photos of my rifle. I recently switched from a bedded McMillan A5 to a Whiskey III folder for my .308 match gun. I always found chassis systems to be an exercise in compromise until Hellbender let me drive one of his...
