    Excuse my ignorance but what's a FOID? Here in Kentucky we just fill out the 4473, wait while the dealer calls NICS, pay and walk out with gun in hand. Takes about 10 minutes. If you have a concealed carry license they don't even have to call into NICS. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
