Re: Remington 700 SPS Varmint or SPS Tactical in .308? I don't know a lot about the varmit, but I have a sps tactical and love it. Mine loves 180gr, and I can shoot 700 yards all day. But if I use 150's I can't even get a 2 inch group at 100 yds. You will have to get rid of the stock, it sucks.
I've never seen this done, but was wondering if it's possibe. If you get a small enough gas block on a mid-length gas system, can you put a rifle-length free float rail on it?
Re: 3 gun rifle Again, thanks for the help. I am probably going to go with a 18 inch barrel with a mid length gas system. I'm just not sure on mid length or rifle length hand guard. For optics I might go with the Nikon.223 Scopes, and the price isn't bad.

Re: US Made Rescue Knife? I saw this knife at the local gun shop a few weeks ago. I think they are made in America. As for the price they had it for 49.99, so I know you can get it cheaper than what surefire says. http://www.surefire.com/tactical-equipment/edged-weapons/crank.html
Re: K-bar knives worth it? ESEE knives. They are made here in the U.S, and come with a lifetime, no questions asked warranty. I have the ESEE-4 and it is the best knife I have ever owned.
I've been thinking of getting one of these for a while. I was wondering if any body has any experience with this one. I'm trying to stay away from having to send the bolt to a gunsmith, so I like how this one is a do it yourself. Also, I am open to any other suggestions...
