    Rifle Scopes Which 34MM Mount?

I just put the same combo together. I went with a Spuhr 1.35"/0 MOA. It was just high enough to clear the BUIS, but low enough to get a decent cheek-weld. It's a pretty darn good mount. *A note for lefties...the Spuhr bubble-level is close to unusable from our shooting position.

    Pulled .260 Black Hills ammo...???

I pulled a couple Black Hills .260 "Black Hills Gold Factory Seconds" w/139 Scenar. I weighed the 'Ball' powder at 48.5 gns. Now I thought that was odd, keeping in mind I've seen 99% of loads for the .260 using H4350. I'm an expert by no means, but that seems a bit strong. I've been loading...

Re: New member introduction/glass questions I was just in your situation. Mine's a .260 bolt gun. I was looking at S&B, Steiner, Kahles. Today I went with the Kahles 624i. Some feedback here and talking with some folks alluded that the turrets are better on the Kahles. Apparently the...

    Gun Safes

Re: Gun Safes After all my reserch...I went with a Sturdy Safe. The fire protection is top notch for an RSC. It's designed for function, not for fashion. I found a nice LED set-up at the local funshow and it looks great! Good luck with your search

    Hornady 165gr SST Question

Re: Hornady 165gr SST Question I load for my AR-308 the same you mention. I load it to 2.80-2.81 and the cannelure is above the case mouth. The load development for 165 SST with XBR 8208. 4 of the 7 loads were under an inch at 100 yards. So it doesn't seem to matter. Hope this makes...
