I've got the extreme and my experience has been the same outstanding accuracy and about 500rds malfunction free so far.

Re: Vortex Viper HS LR FFP scopes with XLR reticle Yea its going on a fullsize 20", im definitely still considering the 6-24 especially if it proves to have consistently better optics than the 4-16. Would really like to see a good comparison between the two to help me decide.
