Watch Out for Scammers!
We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
I am thinking about using Caleb for a 22 Creedmoor build. I was wondering if I should step away or if I should send him money. It's my very first custom gun and I have never paid more than $1500 for a gun.
Thanks for the little write up. I actually just bought the HMR with the 24" barrel at Bass Pro Shop. I already had the BMP-14. Can't wait to shoot the HMR.
Good luck with what ever you decide. I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction but I got my first expensive scope earlier this year. Until now I have never spent more then $400. I bought the SHV 5-20 non illuminated scope.
Well I decided to call the closest Atlas dealer and see what they had in stock. They had the BT46-LW17 which is the one I was looking at. They also had a few others. So I picked it up and a mount that I needed for this Bergara. I am very happy with it right now. I will be needing one for my HMR...
I have the Bergara BMP-14. I prefer something no higher then 12-14 inches because I don't think I need anything higher. I don't think I will ever shoot much past 1000. My local range is only 800 yards anyway. I want it to swivel because I'm not going to try and pick up the rifle every time to...
Jamie when do you have the next year school dates up? It's a lot easier for me in the spring to get off work then it is during the fall. The only thing is with that is the dang rain we get here in Pennsylvania. Last couple springs have been very wet for some reason...
I will have to keep this class in mind. Have been thinking about doing a class but I feel as my shooting suffers so much now, I need to get out and do some shooting before I try a class.
I just want to be able to know what every thing does and does it correctly. I hate it when your exactly an inch away from center so you go 4 clicks. Then you shoot and now your half and inch on the other side. That drives me nuts. Maybe I should stop buying $150-$400 scopes.
Let's start this off by saying this is my very first suppressor. I also don't let people borrow my guns. So that being said if I have my gun in in a hotel room and I'm out for dinner and my room mate is back in the room is that going to matter? I just figured that would be worse case scenario...
