    Thanks Dave, turns out it's operator error, I'm the one that is out of spec. I'm used to older Zeiss, Hensoldt S&B's and didn't realize i need to crank the rear objective out so much to get a thicker / clearer reticle. Being used to moving the rear occular maybe half a turn to get a crisp...

    Re: Accuracy International questions the action should get smoother with use, my AW did. the number on the bbl is a serial number, my AE is the same way, the barrels are made for the AW, but when installed on a AE the timing is off 90 degrees or so to display the serial number of the barrel...
