There is no design difference between the .40 and 9mmP affecting grips, grips are interchangeable. FWIW, there can be individual fit issues between individual BHPs. BTW, MkIII BHP grips...whether .40 or 9mmP, are/were plastic...except for the Silver Chrome and Practical Models, which are/were...
