Ahh I see. Thanks Wyfox. They didn't have it attached in that photo. Here's a photo from Charlie Tarac's website for anyone else who's wondering

Mark and Sam preparing for 5k shot!!!

Maybe a stupid question, but how are they seeing past the barrel when looking through the scope at these ranges?? Edit: Maybe they're looking beside it from barrel twist, coriolis, etc.?

Gunsmithing New trigger engaging firing pin on bolt-close

Sorry. I got nothing. I had a similar problem with my Timney, but turned out the trigger was set too low, and wasn't maintaining spring tension. Ensure that it's still doing it with the rifle aimed at the floor (so the trigger is in forward position even without spring tension). I had thought...

    DIY Reloading Bench

Very nice. I don't have room in my current house for a setup like that, but will be looking back at this once I'm in a new house

Gunsmithing New trigger engaging firing pin on bolt-close

Is your trigger weight turned down very low?

Gunsmithing Help w Timney trigger problem

That was on full bolt throw. I think I figured it out though. Think I had trigger weight a touch too low. There must not have been enough spring tension on the trigger. So when I put the bolt forward, with any sort of backward angle on the gun, the trigger was already "pulled" so it just rode...

Gunsmithing Help w Timney trigger problem

Having issues with my Timney 517 flat blade trigger. I did the adjustments on my own after receiving the gun (bergara lrp with xlr element stock). Now the firing pin is coming forward when locking the bolt down, but only after being fired. If I set the safety when I re cock the gun, then put it...

Range Report First time out with Hornady 6mm Creedmoor 108gr ELD

This is a 2.4" group at 425 yards (0.56 MOA) 108 ELD's seated at 2.800" OAL Hornady Brass 41.5 gr H100V 26" with 1 in 8" - 6 Creed No chrono yet unfortunately, but in my experience, H100V is definitely worth a try for those of you looking to replace 4350

Hornady lock-n-load Classic kit yes or no?

I've had good luck with mine. For the price, you can't go wrong. Especially at that Gander discount. Good way to start in single stage / rifle calibers Just don't forget shell holder, dies, all components. Other than that, I'm pretty sure it has all you need. I'm liking my Hornady Match Grade...

    Lapua Ballistic calculator

The guts of it seem to work. Hadn't had my new gun beyond 100 yards before today. Threw a steel gong out at 425, and the calculator put me dead on, despite a 6 mph wind at about 40 degrees. I still like the functionality; if they get the glitches worked out it will probably be my go-to, at least...

    Lapua Ballistic calculator

You're right - my 185 gr bullets were also dropped to 154.32. Maybe an app to come back to once the glitches are worked out. I don't see Hornady's 4DOF calculator - is that a mobile app or only on browser?

    **6 Creedmoor**

Shot targets top left, then top right, bottom left, bottom right, center in order of increasing powder levels between 40.4 and 41.8 gr of H100V. Saw no pressure signs throughout. Liked the level area between 41.2 and 41.6 (shots on bottom targets). Playing with different seating depths at 41.5...
