    Belt + Holster Opinions

Raven, G-Code, Crossbreed, any type of Raven clone all work well. Wilderness belts rock. I also have a Jones Tactical with a cobra buckle, but have used my regular 3-stitch wilderness more lately. It's more comfortable and doesn't look so tacticool. If your not going to carry and take classes...

Gunsmithing PTG bottom metal- going from standard metal to detachable mag style

Thanks for the response. It's for a 700 S/A, sorry. I actually don't have the stock yet, I'm trying to get my ducks in a row so when it gets here I can put it together. I was hoping the PTG standard (BDL) had a similar footprint to their DBM and it would be relatively easy to make the change...

    Help choosing a Remington 700

Mountain comes with the best stock out of the box. From the research I've done the Houges are prone to flex. It's also, obviously, the lightest.

    Another NY guy.

Hey guys, I'm Scott from NY. Typical gun guy, try and get out to some training classes a few time a year. (Handgun/shotgun/carbine/edge weapons/FoF) New to prescion shooting, has peeked my interest to learn a new skill set and something I can actually do without the man keeping me down...
