Reloading Equipment WTS - Bench Source Case Annealer

Sorry, have not been on in the past week or so, the unit sold a while back.

Subsonic 308 with a powder i can actually get?

That's crazy, I had no idea it had become so hard to find. I haven't bought it in a number of years and honestly just don't fool with it anymore. I haven't ordered components since a big order I put in just before the COVID rush wiped things out.

What did you do in the reloading room today?

Guga can certainly do that to you with some videos. Usually have to find a good butcher to get that cut as I have looked around in grocery stores for the past year or so and have yet to find it that way. Maybe next time I go to the actual butcher I'll look too, I just always forget about it. Now...

What did you do in the reloading room today?

Finished reorganizing the bench for the most part...still need to pick up a few items and put them away but I'll call it a day.

    223 convert to 300 blackout

A Dillon RT1500 makes quick work of it on a progressive, unless you are only shooting a small amount I wouldn't bother pay extra for brass that has been converted. Just find some good milsurp once fired brass at the best price you can and get to converting!

Subsonic 308 with a powder i can actually get?

Too bad you're not local, I'd send a pound of trail boss your way. I don't really load subsonic 308 anymore and have a couple pounds laying around. Only subs I bother loading anymore are pistol rounds or 300 blackout.

Hornady LNL ammo plant vs Dillon 1050

Dillon is the way to go in my book. I don't love that Lyman bought out Mark 7 and you could not pay me to take a Hornady LNL press (been there, done that, never again). I run a 650 and an 1100. The 1100 I only run 9mm and 223 through as the change over on a 1050/1100 is a bit more involved...

    Fighting the AI

I have zero regrets about buying an AI and will likely buy another someday as well. Still one of my favorite guns to take out 8+ years later.

Sig Spear 7.62x51 is out and she's a porker

Now that is certainly a good observation and maybe worthy of some looking into. I would still love to get some trigger time behind one of these.

Sig Spear 7.62x51 is out and she's a porker

Watched that earlier today and was curious to see what others have encountered on that subject. Also was surprised to see how hard that rear charging handle was to operate. The weight...well, we already knew she was a porker and I can't say my large frame ARs are exactly light weight either...

I am now officially a Tuner convert

I have watched a number of his videos and honestly tend to agree with him, including this particular video. It is just another variable that I would not want to have to fool with as things change from day to day or due to the device setting changing and not realizing it until later on. Many of...

Reloading Equipment WTS - Bench Source Case Annealer

Lightly used, works great, priced at $400 shipped. Pictured is the unit itself, but I have two torches available to send with it if you would like them. They are basic torches, but if you need some they will certainly get you started.

Case Prep: What are you using?

I use the Giraud trimmer with a separate cutter head for each caliber. It was one of the best upgrades to case prep I made years ago.
