Trial was held in DC. No one in the Trump administration, or any conservative period, will ever get a fair trial in that shit hole. The chances of an all leftist jury are about 99.9%.

This was as sure a conviction as the guy charged in the Russia-Gate was assured of an acquittal with 3 Hillary donors on the jury.

DC shouldn't be allowed to host juries. Its not a state. Cases in DC should have to be ruled by a randomly picked jurisdiction somewhere the fuck else.
That's because their defense was blocked by the judge. Everything they wanted to argue was barred from being mentioned in front of the jury.
Although this is a DC trial, so even if there never was a summons to appear, the jury would vote guilty.

It’s up to 1 year per each. It’s a misdemeanor as far as I can tell. 2 years and a coming out not a felon is not that bad. It’s when you get out, in debt from court fees, you’re a felon and you lose all clearances, rights and job potential for pretty much your whole life, is when it really hurts.
Pleading the 5th would have given the media motivational material to paint Trumps administration as a criminal enterprise.
