Seems to me the judge fucked them. If it said in the ad, 7 million points = jet then thats what should matter, not that "no reasonable person would expect it." No reasonable person would expect Biden/Hairyass. but we got it. They should have appealed.

They totally go screwed. the judge was pro big business and made a summary judgement preventing a jury trial.
