The shooter was a convicted felon and had no legal right to posses firearms. Also media would not disclose name or race of shooter because it wasn’t a white guy. Sad situation.

Word here is that the POS was raping a girl and the girl's mom caught him and called 911. Not sure if true but that's the word on the street.
