Who is this Cliff guy and why is he always taking notes?
I'll bet that filth is still wearing a uniform, still taking money from the public, still being evil and got nothing in the way of a reprimand for being a reprehensible sub human being.
Okay cliff note version - grandma rushing 3 year old granddaughter to hospital- bloody nose vomiting blood .
Spotting dangerous criminal police pulls grandma over - goes hands on , cuffs her and berated her and after about 15 minutes ambulance shows up .
