Round 2 - it looks like $5 background checks for each time you purchase ammo is unconstitutional as it was implemented

A bunch of vendors are now taking ammo orders and shipping direct to the door of California customers.

CA added an 11% exercise tax on guns and ammo

ca needs the money and control


While the ruling is murky- many vendors are selling and shipping to CA if not all

Fed ex and ups might have a good quarter.
