Hey we just noticed the system has hiccuped between the Hide TV and Forum where it extended short term bans that were meant to expire becoming permanent

Easy fix, if you know someone who suddenly has a permanent ban, have them email to remove it or confirm it...

A set of bans over the last 20 days have appeared to become permanent, wasn't our intension so let us know

I can only think of one person but AFAIK, that person is not banned at present.

Question for you: Is there away to search for members on this forum and get their status (I.e. "Active," "Banned," Etc and (more importantly), their last logon timestamp)? Some forums (and their software) do permit that, but I understand if you don't want to. It would just be nice to know if our brethren are OK etc. or if we need to reach out more directly.

    Thanks much!

Ah, so your forum software blocks ranges of IPs that are often associated with bad origins (parts of the world that do malware, DDOS attacks, etc.). But if one of us finds ourselves in that range, we can email Alex or another Admin to be "White listed" and be treated like we were outside of that range, correct?
