We need to get the word out to truck drivers nationwide.
Truck drivers believe in maritime law, US navy law, Army tank driver law.
It's not right of way, it's right of weight.
Or, the jackass that wanted over could have also slowed down.
The merge from lane has zero right of way.
It wasn't the cops responsibility to create space for someone trying to pass on the right and then forcefully (cut off) merge.
A good 50% of them would be unable to read the memo...
