    Gunsmithing 338 Barrel?

    Chris- what are your thoughts on meloniting stainless vs chromoly barrels on the 338? I want it to be around 17#'s so with a 30" barrel it should be pretty easy to get there. And probably going to put a TBAC break on it for sure if not the can too.

    Re: 20" 6.5? I reload so thats not really an issue. Its going to be a Badger 2013 in an AX chassis. I haven't looked for brass for either lately but the 260 used to be really easy to get where I live. I don't really know that I have seen 6.5 Creedmoor brass around.
