    Anyone had any experience w/ Federal Gold Match ammo in a Sako TRG-42 .338 Lapua? I can handload, but don't have a desire to do so, if I can find the right alternative.

    Federal Match load

    I used the 43.5 gr H4895 @ Blackwater to shoot a sub 1", 3-shot group @ 600 yds. It shot into low "1"s and high "0"s @ 100 yds. I know it was a good load, just wasn't sure about the Federal load. Thanks for the input. Bob

    I know I've read somewhere, that the federal Match 168 gr duplication load used 43.5 gr h4895. Does anyone recall that info, or do you know this load?

    Anyone had any experience w/ a Volquartsen replacement trigger for the Ruger MKIII 22/45? The factory trigger is pathetic. I had one of their triggers in a custom Don Fraley 10/22 once, and wasn't impressed at all. Brownells has them for~$100.
