    so using hornady OAL gauge and bullet comparator for 175gr SMK bullet in 308 i got 2.779 OAL avg and 2.208 Ogive. is this too short? I know i can't fire 175 SMK due to this, haven't try 168gr yet. this seem pretty short, does anyone else has similar length and fire 168gr with good result...

    ok ill try flip up to cover my left eye. I like to shoot both eye open but has hard time to focus on the target when not using my dominated eye, which force me to close my left eye even on red dots.

    i have a fcpk 308, it does has a short throat, which mean i can't fire factor 175FGMM due to bullet jammed into lands. other than that it fire sub-moa using 168 FGMM

    i'm gonna try some 168gr SMK, see if it work well. if it does, maybe after few thousands rd, the savage will able to shoot 175gr again due to longer throat ?
