    Re: Les Baer is going to make bolt guns I have two of his varmint ar's ( a 1:9 and a 1:12 twist) and they have to be seen to be believed....5 shots in the 2's is a regular event at 100 yards with factory match ammo...It is boring shooting golf balls at 300 yards every shot..

    If you were going to rebarrel a Savage model 10fp

    If you were going to rebarrel a Savage model 10fp what company would you go with for the after mkt bbl and why? Its a 308 and I shoot 168 SMK through the gun as a steady diet. Lets say the budget for the barrel is 500 including getting it finished in a matte black.

    Re: which 17 hmr rifle is better? I have got a savage 93r17, it does shoot tiny groups but my 10-22 is a Volquartsen superlight...it will put 10 shots inside a dime at 50 yards all day long with sk match..to the point of being boring..at 100 yards its pretty much the same..

    Re: Making of a AR Precision Rifle there are a few vid's on you tube of a guy using a dpms superbull 24? ( i think) that is nailing an armor plate silloute ( 8x10 inches) at 800 yards 16 out of 20 times and his groups were outstanding. he was using a factory bbl and factory ammo.
