Re: Gunsmoke=Bull$*!t The problem , the way I see it with this tv series is that we are "connoisseurs" on the trade and any irregularity on firearms would be detected right away ... Many people have no idea at all of the world of firearms("you know, those very dangerous devices that kill...

Re: Gunsmoke=Bull$*!t Yeah , I was awestruck when this guy bought a Garand in perfect condition that was certified as seen actual, real combat in Normandy in WW2 for $1500.00 ... What kind of bullshit is that ? Man , this tv program is more full of shit that Red Jacket ... and that is some...

    Rifle Scopes budget scope advice

Re: budget scope advice Be aware of many, many bad reviews on the Millett scopes TRS-1 and LRS-1 ... the complains are loose parts inside , not able to focus after 40 or 50 rds, etc etc etc . I initially thought about getting a Millett because of the great price , but after reading all the...

Re: Mueller 30mm 8-32x44 target scope question Well, that sounds like it is exactly what I need ... I will be using it only for the bench so no working of the knobs too much . I have a 20 Moa base mounted , but if the internal travel won`t do to 100 yds(which I hope it does)then I will just...

I will be doing exclusively target shooting at 100 , 200 and 300 yards/meters on my Savage 10FCP 5R , at least for a forseable future . How good is the 30mm Mueller 8-32x44 Target scope ? Seems like I can get away with it and save a ton of money ... It has a target reticle with thin wires and a...
