    Re: Lower back pains , any suggestions ?? Tight hammies pull on the glutes which pull on the lower back and on and on. Everything's connected. I find the ham stretch and the foam roller for the glutes really gets things loosened up.

    Re: Your accuracy from mostly stock AR-15's Stag lowers , Model 1 Uppers, 20 inch with 3-9 Mark AR my Kid shoots those ground squirrel Shoot & see targets at 200 and they are in about a 2-3" group. 16 inch w/ Eotech 552 very satisfied with performance.
