    Maggie’s Don't Fu*k with Jumbo

Its incidents like this that remind us we aren't the top of the food chain as we tend to think.

Teacher arrested after firing gun in classroom

Only logical theory: Desk pop. It seems that very few people appreciate a well placed desk pop these days...

    Another attack on Us!

I'm not from IL, but it doesn't seem prudent to try and disrupt a gathering of people that will be more heavily armed than a light infantry battalion...

They have reached a new low.

And this is why its impossible to have an honest conversation about anything. Too many people reacting based on emotions and not common sense. Its like we can't disagree with anyone without personal attacks, assault, and property damage.

    so much wrong with this.

Whether you feel it’s right or wrong, privately owned entities, ie. businesses, do have a right to refuse service to whoever they want for whatever reason they want. I have escorted people off premises countless times for a variety of reasons, some of them fairly petty. However, it’s always on...

Play stupid games... win stupid prizes...

Awwwww, that’s the nicest thing anyone has ever said about me, lol. I credit 8 years in the army with multiple deployments for that. After that experience, it takes a lot to get me rattled. I honestly would say I’m not abnormal for the department I work for. I work with a pretty solid set of...

Play stupid games... win stupid prizes...

Every OIS is unique in its own way which is why they are scrutinized individually. Not following a cops orders is actually a fairly common, we encounter it nearly every day, especially those that are intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics. Most of theses situations end without any...

    The Lib system backfires.

I'm with Maggot, I don't know why they haven't forcibly removed her via the Sherriff or Constables. That's the whole point of an eviction notice, to notify of impending legal action. But then again, maybe the college is trying the "death by a thousand cuts" approach, you know, ask her a...

Play stupid games... win stupid prizes...

It's always so senseless, you gotta wonder why people press the issue when it comes to this kind of stuff. Sounds like he was leaning toward suicide by cop. The article also reads like he survived since they brought charges against him...

    Handguards- M-Lok vs Key Mod?

Really, it comes down to what looks good to you. Both work fine for what anyone on here is going to do with their rifle.

    Handguards- M-Lok vs Key Mod?

I own handguards in both. I have yet to see where one is somehow better than the other. There are plenty of accessories on the market for both and the prices are comparable. I'm one of those that think M-lok looks cleaner but I find Keymod a little easier to install.

Advanced Marksmanship AMMO how much ?

I try to keep my range time structured. I usually come up with an informal training plan on what I want to work on. Could be positional, groups, data collection/adjustment, speed drills, testing equipment/gear, etc. I then tailor an ammo count around that training objective. Quality ammo...

    Altitude mask ?

If your body is trying to suck down air, its because it needs the oxygen. Restricting that intake is not the best idea for long periods of time or for intense workouts. From my experience, Crossfit WODs to a great job at restricting my air flow, lol. I'm not a Crossfit dude, but I went...

If gun control legislation doesn't work, why is gun crime so low in other developed nations with these laws?

Its hard to make comparisons with countries that have a fraction of the population or land mass of the U.S. Of course its easier to manage a smaller group of people in a much smaller area. I can easily keep order (perceived order most days) in my house with just my wife, 3 kids, 2 fish, and a...

    Assault Weapons Ban of 2018

In the end, politicians at the federal level don't actually want to fix these problems. Crisis, war, division, and unrest is good for their business. So lots of grandstanding, emotional speeches, over the top legislation, etc. If we lived in a self-governing utopia, they would be rendered...

    Be still my heart.... Lol

lol, and the article also highlighted state Sen. Kevin de León, Mr. "Ghost Gun" himself. I think Ringling Bros went under because CA politics took its place as being the biggest circus in the country.

    Near death experiences

I've heard that referred to as the "Delhi Belly". I knew a couple of guys that went to India and had a similar experience. That's what they called it.

    Near death experiences

If you've been alive long enough, you've had a brush with death at least once, possibly a couple of times. Lets hear them. I got caught on top of a mountain (at about 14,000 feet) in the Colorado Rockies above the treeline during a pretty wicked lightning storm. It's pretty hairy knowing...
