    I went with a Griffin Checkmate QD (ordered one right before they discontinued it... d'oh!), for the QD feature. Now, as long as I can order a few extra QD thread adapters, it should make for convenient swapping between my rimfires.

    Respectfully, I call bull on that last statement. Why do you need to re-foul with "good stuff" vs cheap bulk ammo? I'm not arguing the re-fouling part, we all agree with that, just the part where you say you can't use cheap stuff.

    CZ 455 Rifle Basix Install

    Would the Boyd's Tacticool stock require inletting to fit the Timney? I'm on the fence about the Timney vs. Rifle Basix. They're around the same price and have the same functionality as far as I can tell. Is there any real differentiating factor aside from geometry?

    Adhesive foam sheets. Stick 'em on until you have the right height, then trim the outline with a hobby knife until it looks semi-presentable.
