    New CHAD clone from Preece.

I'm no fanboi, but I will admit that when picking up brass at a match next to a shooter, the Chad has a windier concussion in general compared to the baseball-bat-to-the-face that others have, especially MPA's brakes. I hate those things.

What bullets/cartridges you both firing? Yours seems to stay flatter by a long shot, but that'd a dumb point to make if you're shooting .223 and he's shooting a Creedmoor or something.

Took me a minute to realize the first gun is using the APA and the other gun was the Stinger.

Awesome suppressor muzzle brake front end attachment by Recoilx

I see zero value in Titanium. For a PRS gun, I'd even prefer steel at the muzzle anyways. Titanium would just hike the price for next to no value-added.

Rifle Scopes Razor gen 3 upgrade

I'm really wanting to know this. What a company is legally bound to do vs what they will do actually says a lot about them to me. This is likely a bit more due to the cost of manufacture in Japan vs Europe. Compare the prices of grand pianos from Yamaha and Shigeru Kawai to Hamburg Steinway...

    What Optic Are YOU Running?

I run an ATACR 7-35 MIL-XT on my T1X in a KRG chassis. I swapped to a Razor 3 briefly, but didn't like the parallax wheel, and especially not the turrets. I had one lock on my during a stage and they don't unlock very fast at all. The ATACR just does what I want it to, and I don't notice...

American made medium power optic (3-18+)

"Entirely" meaning not just assembled in the USA like Vortex, Leupold, or NF. Not sure where lenses are being sourced. USO claimed to have it all from local stuff, but a recent video said "Asia". They may have made some changes in recent production. Anymore, it's nigh impossible to have...

American made medium power optic (3-18+)

Entirely USA made: Non illuminated Burris XTR3 USO FDN 17X Razor AMG Built in the US: Nightforce ATACR 4-16 or 4-20 Leupold MK5 3-18 If money isn't a concern, maybe look at ZCO, Schmidt, and Kahles for Euro glass, or March for Japanese glass.

Awesome suppressor muzzle brake front end attachment by Recoilx

I have a feeling you need more powder (gas) to make it effective. I would assume a lot of gas energy from a 308 vs WM has been neutralized in the baffle stack by the time it hits the brake part. An 18" creedmoor should have a lot of gas expansion left over to make use of the brake ports. At...

    New CHAD clone from Preece.

Different baffle designs is innovation... If one proves to be more effective than the other, innovation is winning. Ideas are cheap, execution is not. Whoever implements an idea better deserves more of my business. Is anyone throwing a hissy fit over TBAC and Recoil-X expanding on the concepts...

Try this. People in the community have long memories. You, being a prime example. The launch of the Chad was a blunder, that really turned a lot of people off. Yes, BJ had a lot going on with injuries and getting moved out of the country, etc. but it doesn't change the fact that a lot of guys...

One Piece Scope Mounts ..What do you use?

100%. Kahles' design for left side windage and parallax is awesome, but this seems to be a problem with a lot of mounts. If I ever get another Kahles, it's going in a Nightforce mount. Those rings are super low profile.

One Piece Scope Mounts ..What do you use?

I like the M-Brace, but it's not for every scope. The rings are super thick and can obstruct your view of the turret when your face is on the gun, depending on what scope you're running. Was an issue with my USO and a little with my ATACR. Works with zero problems for my Razor III, as those...

Why modify the turret to be non locking

Exactly. I'm used to grabbing my whole turret like a jar lid with a chunk of my palm engaged on it from a shooting position instead of just using my fingers. It's not dropping on its own.

Why modify the turret to be non locking

I just shot an NRL22 match with a brand new Razor 3 and had it lock on me during a stage. My other scopes don't lock, so I'm used to having some weight of my arm on the optic as I dial, so it locked. What bothered me is that the unlock isn't a quick click up, it feels like pulling a box out of...

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

In match conditions, just that one match, and a stage in the match prior where I was having trust issues with my scope. I did some practice with friends shortly after, and did a troop line. I shot well, but timed out pretty bad. I still think it's fun to do reticle stuff, but in match...

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

Good point on windage and parallax. Speaking of parallax - how easy is the knob to turn? My old Steiner and Maven were crazy stiff, and my Razor 3 is a tad stiffer than I prefer. My ATACR and USO are right where I like them. NRL22 with a stiff parallax knob sucks.

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

Well I mean... Burris did all the way back in 2021. I guess the XTR III writeable turrets were an add on, but they were from Burris.

Rifle Scopes March 5-42 Gen 2 PRS Edition

I once did a regional match where I left my gun dialed at zero and held everything in the tree. It was fun, and I built a lot of confidence in my reticle. I timed out on pretty much every stage. Fast forward to 2025 when everyone's either got a whiteboard turret or turret tape using markers...
