Rifle Scopes Scope for my Remmy 700p?

I have a 700P that shoots very well. It would be a shame to inhibit yourself with cheap glass. I bought a used Mark4 FFP here in the classifieds pretty cheap. I would at least hold out for a Vortex or a used Leupold.

    Go-bag list/ideas

I keep a frost mora in every bag I have. They are great knives and cheap enough if they end up lost in the woods it's no big deal.

    Chest rig or war belt?

I like the belt until I try to carry an Eberlestock.

    Alternative to Eberlestock?

Are there any quality alternatives to Eberlestock? The Eberlestocks are a quality bag but they have to many pockets and flaps for my taste. I prefer a pack to a drag bag but would like something less engineered.

Rifle Scopes school me on sunshades

The range I shoot at has a lot of sun. I'm considering a sunshade. I have a Leupold Mark 4 4.5-14x50 what length sunshade should I go with?

Where to find Eagle drag bag

I have no doubt the Tac Ops bags are nice but the $100 price difference would pay for some other gear on the wish list.

    help selecting compass to buy

Re: help selecting compass to buy Cammenga compasses are tanks. I prefer the phosphorous for night navigation. The tritium is too bright for me. Either way you will have a very nice compass.
