    Re: Stiff bolt on open or close?? I used a Hornady case guage. The one with the dummy brass and then took the measurment with 3 different bullets. After that I averaged the 3 measurements for get the distance to the lands.

    Re: barrel break in question GAP built my rifle with a Bartlein barrel, so I followed their break-in instructions in the process. Any projectile of the proper size will work as well as another.

    Re: Bedding the FN SPR A1 I had mine bedded, but it's always shot well. If there was a difference in performance I wasn't able to decern it. That doesn't mean there wasn't, I just may not be able to push the rifle enough to see it. I'd do it, just to eliminate one more thing from the equation.
