Gunsmithing Air Compressor Help/Suggestions

Re: Air Compressor Help/Suggestions FWIW I used to work in a cabinet shop, for the most part all the tools we used, worked w/ air... We had a two-stage Quincy/Binks 3 phase (monster size compressor head) we used it all day everyday for 5-6 days a week... It was built in the 70's still runs...

Gunsmithing 6.5 barrel twist for 139 to142gr

Re: 6.5 barrel twist for 139 to142gr Im curious as well... I am in the process of building a 6.5 x 284 and looking at 140-120 gr. bullet category... Really want to be able to put the hammer on deer/elk or sheep.... At distance as well as close up... 1:8 or 1:8.5???
