    Re: Eberlestock question It is the intended way for the pack to be used, I believe, but I think in the 2 packs that I have the rifle could be carried muzzle up if you wanted to. I would prefer to protect my rifles muzzle than my rifles butt.

    Re: Where does the term "flat-shooting" come from? It's referring to the path of the bullet or trajectory. A large slow moving bullet may have the trajectory of a rainbow and a smaller fast moving bullet most likly will be a much flatter shooting bullet and have a flatter trajectory.

    Re: atlas bipod Not sure about the Arms 17S, but the LaRue LT-171 is adjustable. The LT-171 is what I went with on both of my Atlas V8 Bipods, works great for me.

    Re: TBAC 30P-1? I have several of the TBAC cans including the 30P-1. Very Happy with all of them. The cans have held up very well for me using them on bolt guns and semi-autos. The guys at TBAC are good to deal with to.
