Rifle Scopes SEVERE Elevation Problem: Getting my Zero

Re: SEVERE Elevation Problem: Getting my Zero We just had someone have the same problem as you about a week ago. It's probably on the 2nd or 3rd page. That being said your scope is a POS. If you really want to get it to work use lower rings or get a -20 moa base lol. Do the right...

Rifle Scopes Newbie help SCOPE ZERO ISSUES

Re: Newbie help SCOPE ZERO ISSUES Well my 1.8-10x USO on a 20 MOA base bottom'd out and still couldn't reach a 100 yard zero either so you might have a 20 moa cant in there somewhere.

    Rifle Scopes 3gun optic selection....?

Re: 3gun optic selection....? I'm gonna disagree with your comment about a true 1x being overrated. I've owned a 1.5-6x and i sold it for specifically that reason. While your eye can still pick up 1.5x fairly quick, if you're using both eyes open, it takes your brain half a second to...

    Rifle Scopes 3gun optic selection....?

Re: 3gun optic selection....? If money isn't a factor I'd definitely go with a Swarovski z6i or wait to see the new US Optics with the red dot. Both are gonna run you over 2 grand. I bought the Vortex 1-6x for 3 gun and it's great for the price. Red dot is very bright and is quick to...

Rifle Scopes Any daylight-visible variable scopes with red dot?

Re: Any daylight-visible variable scopes with red dot? Can't really say much about the viper pst line, but I definitely agree with the sentiment that the razor 1-6x is definitely daytime bright. It has 11 illumination settings and here in California where it's almost always sunny out I...

Rifle Scopes Any daylight-visible variable scopes with red dot?

Re: Any daylight-visible variable scopes with red dot? For the price Trijicon is a great option. I've been using one on an AUG clone for a couple years and it's great on an AR. Definitely daytime visible but it uses ambient light to illuminate the reticle so the reticle is black in...

Rifle Scopes Best optic under 2,000

Re: Best optic under 2,000 For under $2k I'd go with IOR or a Vortex Razor. The IOR is a bit on the heavy side though but great glass.

    Rifle Scopes XPS2 Zombie Stopper

Re: XPS2 Zombie Stopper In all honesty I'm gonna agree with the rest of the posters... Biohazard reticle is pretty stupid. It's busy as hell and I for sure wouldn't buy it. But if you're really stuck on that whole zombie stopper logo then, by all means!

    Rifle Scopes Scope for rimfire

Re: Scope for rimfire No my EFR does not have any dots. It's just a basic crosshair no markings or hashmarks.

    Rifle Scopes Scope for rimfire

Re: Scope for rimfire I'm using the Nikon Prostaff EFR for a Ruger 10/22 and I would recommend it. I haven't looked through the Redfield but the fact that it doesn't have an adjustable objective or parallax control I'd go with the Nikon. For the price the scope is actually pretty decent...

    Rifle Scopes IOR Valdada Reticles

Re: IOR Valdada Reticles +1 on Scott @ Liberty... Can't really give any input on that fixed 16x but I got my 3.5-18x from him and he really has some of the best service I've seen anywhere. Seems to be a straight shooter good prices and good service. Not much more you can ask for.

Rifle Scopes larue lt123 one piece to high

Re: larue lt123 one piece to high I've used Larue's one piece mounts on my Savage 10 fcpk and without a cheek riser and it was definitely way too high. The larue one piece stuff are really meant to be mounted on AR type rifles and not bolties. I plan on using mine on an XLR chassis and I...

Rifle Scopes Vortex Razor HD 5-20x or the IOR Valdada 3.5-18x50

Hey guys I'm basically 50/50 between these two scopes... Throwing it on a bolt action 308 (savage 10fcp-k in an XLR chassis and maybe even some double duty on my semi auto 308). Anybody with experience with both? Maybe experience with just one? Maybe you were in the same predicament that I...

    Rifle Scopes IOR Valdada questions

So I'm looking at some IOR scopes and was curious to see if anybody knew the differences between the 3.5x-18x and the 3-18x SH edition besides the 50mm objective. Does the mp8 reticle on the 3.5x version come fully illuminated or is it just the center?
